You have so much freedom and choice with a celebrant led wedding or civil partnership ceremony
From our first meeting (Face to Face or Zoom) I will be already involved in your story and listening to how you want your story to be told, if you want to have family/guest participation, rituals, music, readings…. the list goes on.
We will together create a unique celebration of your love, and a ceremony to reflect it.
Don’t forget you can have your ceremony wherever you want, as long as you have the property owner’s permission. The venue does not need to be licenced.
There is no need to follow tradition or convention if not desired. This ceremony is about you and will be unique to your requirement.
Or wanting something very small and intimate?
How about my 2 + 2 = ? Ceremony.
This is a shorter ceremony for 2 people who want to have a wedding that is solely just about them. This is normally for the couple, a photographer if required and me as your Celebrant. Small and intimate but still very special.
For a marriage or civil partnership to be recognised in law in England and Wales, a “registration of a marriage” must take place, this normally happens at a Register Office.
A registration of marriage currently costs approximately £35 p.p. for your notices and £49 for the room hire plus the cost of your marriage schedule, this is dependant on your local area, but could cost in total less than £130.
This can be done before or after a Celebrant led ceremony. Check your local authority for up to date pricing.
What to expect if you book with me
- We will have a meeting face to face or via Zoom to discuss your ideas/requirements and start to build a ceremony.
- You will be given a questionnaire which I will later use to create your unique ceremony using your answers. The communication will continue until we are happy with the final version.
- On the day I will arrive at least an hour early to make sure I have everything in place and to settle any nerves.
- You will be given a copy of the script to keep once the ceremony is completed.
- Lets get talking and create a ceremony as special and as unique as you are.
Total Price for standard Wedding = £600 for weddings booked before the end of 2023 incuding ceremonies taking place in 2024 and 2025.( a non refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking, balance due in 2 further payments)
I only taking one booking per day so that you get the best from me for your special celebration. The day belongs to you
